This workshop will allow participants to understand the purpose and difference of a Capabilities Statement and Quad Chart in preparation for the SBA’s Supplier Conference.
These two documents allow Primes to understand:
1) your products/services as well as your capabilities and state of readiness to deliver them, and
2) the points of relevance on which your small business meets the Prime-specific areas of need; the maturity, scalability, and cost structure of your products/services; and past performance of your products/services as they relate to the Prime’s needs.
