The Glacial Hills Resource Conservation and Development Region Inc. is a nonprofit, 501-c-3 rural development organization that assists people and communities with utilizing their resources to improve the area's economy, environment, and quality of life. The organization is creating an entrepreneural region that provides a prosperous and sustainable economy through a rural entrepreneurship development program that takes the existing human capital and converting a growing proportion into entrepreneurial human capital.  Glacial Hills provides a support system for entrepreneurs starting and building enterprises with enhanced access to capital and enhancing the business support services for those entrepreneurs.
